This is how I feel- like crying. Because of a huge winter storm our flight to Austin tomorrow has been cancelled. Not delayed, CANCELLED! And they can't get us to Austin until Tuesday. Tuesday? Surely you're joking? I'm not joking and quit calling me Shirley. Four days of our vacation just tossed out the window. About to cry again. If anyone has a private jet that can get me from Boston to Austin, call me immediately!

Who are you flying? I say keep calling and telling your sob story and bugging them until they give in. Also, if multiple flights/passengers are affected the airline HAS to implement some sort of policy to reaccomodate customers, ie...changing for no fee, voluntary refund, rebooking by a certain date. FIND OUT WHAT YOUR OPTIONS ARE. NEVER GIVE UP!
Other cities? Houston/DFW? Just ideas.
I am so sad to hear your awful news. That just ruined my day and I can't imagine what it has done to yours. I agree with Jamie.... FIGHT! If you can fly into Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio any earlier than Tuesday call me and I will come pick you guys up.

You could fly through Pasadena and drop off Max at chambers for a couple days. I'm sure the judge would *love* that. Just a thought.
